* CZero NFT 스테이커에게 지급되는 제로 마일리지와 1:1로 교환 가능한 블록체인 상의 토큰 입니다. 
* 소각되지 않고 CZero NFT 스테이커에게 배분된 제로 마일리지를, 개인이 CZero Pay 토큰으로 교환 요청 시 제로 마일리지는 소각되고 CZero Pay 토큰이 생성되어 개인 지갑으로 전송됩니다.
* CZero 마일리지를 CZero NFT 스테이커에게  지급 시  Default Contractor는 CZero 마일리지 1EA 당 USDC(스테이블 코인) 1EA를 프로토콜 소유 지갑(온체인상 금고)으로 전송합니다. 이것은 CZero Pay 토큰의 지급 준비금으로 활용됩니다. 이는 CZero Pay 토큰의 환금성과 그 가치를 지지하기 위해서입니다. 
* CZero Pay 토큰은 CZero Pay-USDC 유동성 풀이 만들어져 있는 DEX 거래소(클레이 스왑 <https://klayswap.com/>)에서 다른 코인과 Swap(교환)이 가능합니다.
* CZero Pay 토큰은 Buyback 시스템을 통해 1 CZero Pay 토큰의 가치는 최소 1 USDC(스테이블) 코인의 가치를 지지하게 됩니다.
* CZero Pay는 프로토콜이 지급 준비금으로 보유한 스테이블 코인이 그 가치를 지지하게 됩니다.
